Eventstars Startech BVBA processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Execution of the agreement involving you (client management, service provision);
Eventstars Startech BVBA also processes personal data after you have given your express consent to do so.
How long we keep personal data: Eventstars Startech BVBA will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Eventstars Startech BVBA does not share or sell your data to third parties (such as companies associated with us, software providers,…) and only provides it if it is necessary for the execution of the agreement with you or if you give your explicit consent to do so.
With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Eventstars Startech BVBA remains responsible for this processing.
Viewing, modifying or deleting data
As a matter of principle, you have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Eventstars Startech BVBA and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.[1]

To ensure that the request for inspection was made by yourself, we ask that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen’s Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
Eventstars Startech BVBA is committed to responding to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Eventstars Startech BVBA may request an extension of another four weeks.
